INFORMATION FOR LANDLORDS
LEASING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES:MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Advertise the property for rent
Take calls from prospective tenants
Show the property by appointment
accept applications from the prospects
Perform a detailed background check
Perform the lease documents and addenda
Perform the move in inspection with your new tenant
Collect the security deposit and 1st month's rent
Forward the lease, move in inspection and security deposit (if desired) to you
Collect rent as due
Payment to you on the 23rd of each month, (other dates can be arranged)
Prepare monthly statements of incoem/expenses/annual summaries and send to you
Represent you in court when eviction is necessary

ALL COLLECTED FUNDS ARE DEPOSITED IN FDIC TRUST ACCOUNT THAT IS AVAILABLE FOR AUDIT BY THE GEORGIA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION
